Bohdana Tomljanović★★★★★Odlična lokacija, ljubazno osoblje. Za pteporučiti
Matthew K★If you like little late night visitors “cockroaches”, anyone in the hotel having access to your room key, AC that doesn’t work in several rooms, people sleeping in the lobby because the owner double booked and the worst customer service. Then look no further! I honestly don’t know how this place is still in business.
Louise Cordero★We stayed at the Hamlet Bed and Breakfast (room no. 1) for two nights (20 and 21 September 2025). The location of the hotel was good. However the hygiene and sanitation of the hotel was deplorable. The toilet was stained and dirty, the carpet in our room was musty, and we had to kill two cockroaches in the middle of the night. Since there was no reception available at night, we had to handle the situation ourselves. We found an insecticide near the reception counter, borrowed it, sprayed the room, and had to stay outside for about 20 minutes. While looking for the cockroach and spraying the entire room, we checked under the bed and found a significant amount of dirt. We found a large hole in the bathroom ceiling near the exhaust fan, and we believe cockroaches are entering through it. We took photos of the cockroaches and showed it to the guy at the reception the next morning, and all he said was an underwhelming “oh, I don’t know. I will tell the owner.” After that, there was no respo
J. G★The place is a scam, nobody was there to check us in. I called their "emergency phone" 5 times with no answer until they turned it off. They didn't answer any emails, calls or messages over the course of the trip, stole €350 off me to leave me stranded on the streets of Dubrovnik. Didn't even leave me a note, instead there were 2 mystery keys which to my horror (and the other guests!) opened rooms that were already occupied. Tourists pay your wages and do not deserve to be treated with such blatant disrespect. Shame on you.
Nadia Belache★WARNING: TOTAL SCAM – ABSOLUTELY AVOID! This hotel is an absolute disaster. The photos on their website are outright lies; reality is far worse. I found bed bugs, the smell is unbearable, and nothing is clean. The room is a disgrace, decrepit and run-down, completely unworthy of a supposed 4-star rating. The staff is incompetent and indifferent to complaints. If you enjoy outright scams, filth, and nightmares, this hotel is for you… otherwise run, run, run! Don’t just take my word for it: the experience is beyond imagination. Even being generous, this place is the worst scam I’ve ever encountered.
