We stayed at this apartment in early August and had a fantastic experience. The place was very nice, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, and the owner was extremely kind and helpful, taking the time to explain everything to us when we arrived. We were warmly welcomed with a lovely basket of goodies, and in the fridge we found fresh tomatoes, grapes, and plums from the garden. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this apartment. The apartment is lovely, spacious, with everything you could possibly need. The owner is lovely, she explained everything on our arrival, and left a basket containing wine, crackers, coffee, tea, biscuits and in the fridge, milk, water, fruit, salad, and ice. A lovely personal touch. The apartment is in a great location, safe and secure. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance and the beach is about a 10 minute walk away. There is a bus stop just outside the property and the public transport is frequent if you want to go to the old town or surrounding areas. We've had a great trip and will definitely return to Pavica.

Nice apartment within walking distance to everything friendly owners they left me some food and wine hamper and fresh fruit and veg in the fridge, water and ice. Apartment is spacious and air conditioner worked very well. Plenty of towels and couple of beach towels provided, nicely equipped kitchen and storage room where you can keep suitcases. Lovely apartment with everything you could need for 2-3 people. No need to bring an iron or hairdryer. Hosts were charming and helpful. Just close enough to bus stops the lovely beach and the town but far enough to get peace and quiet at night.

Large comfortable apartment in great location for visiting all that Dubrovnik and surrounding areas has to offer. Very friendly owners who live in apartment below. The apartment is very well equipped with all that you need and the bedroom is very comfortable. WIFI provided. Nice and quiet at night. 5/10 min walk to beach along restaurant lined pedestrian walkway. Easy access to the old town on number 6 bus. We visited Cavtat and Lokrum using ferries from the old town harbour both very worthwhile trips. We also went on a coach trip to Montenegro, transferring to a boat on arrival. The boat stopped at the Lady of the rocks which was beautiful before sailing onto Kotor. The whole holiday was wonderful and we hope to be back and would highly recommend Pavica apartment. I would point out though that the food prices were very high compared to other places we have visited in Europe but that may be because they joined the euro last year? Most restaurants were offering 20% discount if you paid

The owner was very friendly and welcoming The apartment was fully equipped with everything we required and the welcome basket was such a nice and generous touch. Great location with the local bakery and supermarkets. The bus service that takes you to the old town is easily located. Highly recommend this appartment and location
