Nous étions logés dans la villa à l'extérieur de l'hôtel. Deux très grandes chambres avec des lits immenses et deux salles de bain + salon et coin cuisine. Terrasses donnant sur la mer et en dessous la piscine. Petit bémol car l'hôtel est loin de la vieille ville. La réception de la villa se trouve dans l'hôtel More, c'est un autre bâtiment. Nous avons dîné au restaurant Tramuntana, plats peu variés, simples et assez chers. Petit-déjeuner très bien. Le personnel est aimable. Adultes uniquement et c'est très bien !

Haben uns sehr wohlfgefühlt. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr gemütlich und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Aussicht ist phänomenal. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Abzug gibt es für die recht dünn ausgestattete Küche und dass es eine Dusch-Badewanne gibt. Das ist total oldschool. Auch ist der Esstisch auf der Terrasse zu klein, obwohl Platz für einen großen Tisch wäre. Das Frühstück im Hotel nebenan ist sehr gut und auch der Platz am Meer ist toll und inklusive.

Appartamento a dir poco favoloso con affaccio sulla piscina e sul mare. Curato nei minimi particolari: sala con cucina, tavolo, divano apribile, doppio bagno e stanza da letto enorme con cabina armadio. Svegliarsi e intravedere dalle vetrate la piscina e subito dopo il mare, peer me non ha eguali. Tornata dalla vacanza in Croazia, chiudo gli occhi e immagino di di essere li...bellissimooooo Colazione a buffet in hotel, poco distante dagli appartamenti, con tavoli sulla terrazza con affaccio mare. TOP Ho girato varie strutture, ma questa al momento è la più bella in assoluto. Complimenti a tutto lo staff:)

Wenn man sich einmal eine Woche kinderfrei schaufelt und in einem Hotelkomplex ein Apartment bucht, welches auf seiner Homepage angibt: Ruheoase, erst ab 14 Jahre und man dann die letzten 2 Tage schreiende und in den Pool springende Kinder hat, kann dies einem wirklich den Urlaub versauen. Dafür muss ich nicht nach Dubrovnik. Das habe ich auch daheim.

Definitely not a 5 star, maybe a 3.5 star. Our biggest issue was inconsistent service. The service is a hit or miss depending on the person you are talking to. Sometimes you would get a friendly person but most of the staff wasn't very helpful. We had different expectations from a 5 star and the price tag. We cut short our stay because of this and no one cared to ask what are the issues we are facing. We stayed in a 4 star hotel later and the service was much better and people were more friendly. An example: - Before arriving, I asked them if they have room service and they confirmed with yes in an email. After a very long journey when we checked in, I called for room service and they refused that Villa rooms aren't served by the restaurants and they don't have any way to pack the food for take away. After few requests, they said they will prepare the food and I can myself carry the plates to the room if I wish so. As there aren't many vegetarian options nearby we agreed to that. Afte
