The staff at Four seasons Bengaluru have done it again. We have a bit of a family tradition of doing a one day staycation at this property every summer. We have been doing it for the past three years. And somehow, the quality of hospitality and service surpasses the previous year. There’s consistency for ya. I don’t know how they do it - but they make it look like you are the only guests staying at this property and everyone’s sole mission is to ensure your stay is as memorable as possible. I want to take this opportunity to shout out three individuals in particular. Chaity from front desk. You cannot buy that warm, genuine smile of hers. Thank you Chaity for helping to make our stay memorable. Velmurugan from housekeeping. His note and cuddly gifts really made our daughters’ day! And lastly, Anupam from Cur8 wait staff. This young man is friendly, with a passion for the service industry and the ambition to excel in it. It was really nice knowing him.

The one good thing about Trump’s idiotic war is that it meant we had to stay at this marvelous hotel for a few extra days. Everything was top-notch, and everyone on the staff went above and beyond to make our stay the best it possibly could be. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, offering every imaginable south Indian and European option. Most evenings we ended the day with a cocktail at the rooftop bar; the drinks were delicious and the view beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable with sumptuous beds and beautiful baths. I especially appreciated the remotely controlled window shades! The trainer in the fitness center was helpful though we had not arranged for a training session. We enjoyed the pool and had a lovely lunch there. Also, our granddaughters joined us one day for tea, which one declared was “the Best Tea Ever .”

My experience in this hotel was very nice. The hotels rooms are big in size, views are nice. The hospitality offered was very nice . All staff from top to bottom are very polite and friendly. The food is very delicious.. the breakfast was amazing , there were lot of items . The fruits was also enough quantity. The bakery items was excellent. Overall the stay was amazing. I will recommend to everyone should must stay when in Bangalore.

I recently went there for my b-day 2 days ago. But this time unfortunately the experience was bad. All because of one waitress. The waitress named FIFI was not friendly nor professional. Really how did she end up getting hired at top notch four seasons hotel where customer experience is top priority??? I would have given not even 1 star due to the FIFI. But the other waiters who assisted us were extremely professional, friendly and kept the four seasons brand image 👍. Very unfortunate that one waitress can ruin the whole brand image of regular customers like us.
