Very disappointed with my experience at Maldives Inn. The staff asked for more money than what was originally agreed upon. There were unexpected extra charges without proper explanation. This made the stay uncomfortable and stressful. Transparency and honesty are very important in hospitality, and sadly that was missing here. I hope they improve their customer service and billing process in the future.
