Overall, the stay was comfortable and carried a strong 5-star business hotel feel, with several aspects of the service standing out positively. A special mention to Loya Ankur and Front Desk Manager Harsh, who were exceptionally courteous and professional. Harsh, in particular, ensured a very generous room upgrade, which significantly enhanced the experience. The Taj Lounge experience was also very good and well managed. At breakfast, Ravneet, the chef, and the waiting staff were attentive and hospitable, making the dining experience pleasant. Additionally, Miss Nisha at the massage/spa was excellent with her techniques and delivered a highly professional experience. That said, there were a few operational gaps that could be improved: - Towels were placed/stored near the WC area, which did not feel ideal from a hygiene perspective. - In-room dining clearance was delayed. - Food trays from a previous guest remained outside the room corridor for nearly 6 hours even after check-in, wh

A gorgeous heritage property with beautifully landscaped gardens and truly excellent service. Sahil at the front desk was exceptional, and Farzana at the breakfast restaurant was equally outstanding—both made the stay feel special. I only wish I had stayed longer. However, I’ll definitely be back for more. Even the spa and gym facilities were spacious, well-maintained, and more than adequate for a relaxing stay.

Overall, the stay was good, but I expected a little more from Taj. The basic rooms could be more spacious. One disappointment was the pricing. I had booked the room 2-3 days in advance, but was charged more at checkout due to “dynamic pricing” on the check-in date. That wasn’t communicated clearly and didn’t seem fair for a pre-booked reservation. The breakfast, however, was excellent with a great spread. Special thanks to Mr. Saravanan for his warm hospitality and for constantly checking in to ensure I had a great experience.

If you are nature lover, this will be your best luxury stay amidst nature and hands down the most green 5star hotel in Bengaluru. The hospitality by Ayushi (Reception team) was amazing. She went extra mile to make sure we had a comfortable stay. She also gave us a tour of the 22acre property in the golf cart. Kudos to Taj for raising the bar every time.
