At the Arushi you’ll be greeted with friendly staff members who are happy to help with luggage & any needs you have. The location of the hotel is in a quiet secluded alley way. The rooms are spacious & the beds are comfortable. The room we were in had a kitchenette it didn’t have any plates or utensils, however they’re not needed with the onsite restaurant. There is plenty to choose from the menu which you can get room service or site in either the rooftop terrace or downstairs lobby. The views from the rooftop terrace is beautiful. Definitely worth while sitting on the terrace & take advantage of the rooftop bar. Highly recommend booking this accommodation.

Very disappointing experience with Aeushi Hotel. I originally booked 2 nights and later cancelled the reservation after being told clearly that it would not be a problem. However, when I arrived at the hotel, they informed me that they had already charged my card for both nights and simply said “sorry”. Extremely unprofessional, rude and dishonest behavior. The staff was unfriendly, dismissive and very unpleasant to deal with. On top of that, the room had a very unpleasant smell and the mattress was old and uncomfortable and should have been replaced a long time ago. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

I booked this hotel during the black friday discounts, so decided to upgrade to the Penthouse suite (floor 8 !) for not much more than one of the other rooms. The room was really nice, very big and with a seperate bath and shower. I did have some issues with the hot water to the shower, but it seemed that if I ran the hot tap in the sink for a while then ran the shower it worked ok. I must say that I forgot to mention this to reception, as I had forgotten about it until now ! My balcony with seating was really nice to sit out in the afternoons. The only downside to this hotel - or maybe floor 8, is the music from the other hotels, because I was up higher than most of them, it was very loud, and went until 2 or 3am all 3 nights that I stayed. If you were downstairs, approaching the hotel you could not hear it, and then up on the 8th you could, as if it was close, although it was not coming from the Arushi. I did not mention this to the hotel because I don't see that they will be a

Decent hotel in a quiet location within Thamel. Rooms itself were as expected but the bathrooms were slightly mouldy. Breakfast spread was limited but enough. Gym was not in any good condition to be used.
