Everything was perfect and my boyfriend and I were sad to leave. I booked this hotel for my birthday and it did not disappoint. Not only was the room, breakfast, location and courtyard beautiful and perfect for our stay, but the staff couldn’t have done anymore for us both in person and online. They even surprised me with balloons and a birthday cake, which made my stay! We have nothing bad to say about this hotel, we couldn’t recommend it enough and I will definitely return here if I am lucky enough to visit Kathmandu again one day. Thank you❤️.

Our week long trip in Nepal concluded at the Cebtral Courtyard Hotel, Kathmandu and we’re so glad it did! Booked from booking.com and had regular follow ups leading up to the trip. We even got an upgrade to the superior twin room with an attached terrace. The highlight of the property however, is definitely the people. The security Mr Om. is a delight, and all the staff at the front desk and cafe.. so cheerful and very helpful. Location is amazing and well connected to the hidden gems and main attractions of the city. Highlight reccomend.

A Stylish and Well-Run Boutique Hotel That Gets It All Right. I recently spent three happy days and nights at The Central Couryard after our Manaslu Trek. I had seen the place a year earlier while exploring Thamel and made a mental note to try staying there during its renovation period. I was impressed by the great style of the lobby, the lovely inviting courtyard and their cafe. I wasn't surprised to find that my room was really nice, with understated Nepalese style and art. It was quiet, spacious and filled with Natural light. I enjoyed coming back there after exploring Kathmandu. The freshly made a la carte breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. One thing that really impressed me was getting a personal email from the owner a few days before I checked in giving me a list of restaurants near the hotel. I tried a few and they were indeed great. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is very centrally located near central Thamel, with easy access to many attractions. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The staff and the owner are truly amazing. I stayed here for one night as a solo traveller and immediately felt at home because of their warmth and care. I had originally booked my final two nights at another hotel, but after staying here, I changed my plans straight away and extended my stay. This hotel is a true gem. Everything about this place is perfect, and I’m really looking forward to enjoying my extra two nights here after my yoga retreat. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.
