Terrible stay here. The first room we got reeked of cigarettes, the bed sheets had shoe marks & the place was crawling with cockroaches. We decided to complain and the second received was in a similar condition. The staff explained to us that the bedsheets were washed and they weren’t sure why the marks were there either. We were extremely tired so we just decided to close one eye and go to sleep. The next morning, we woke up to see tiny little cockroaches crawling over our bodies. When we tried to checkout, one of the staff very rudely asked (almost as if he was yelling at us) if we had smoked in the room . They seemed to be completely unaware that their rooms already reeked of cigarettes. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel because 1. The rooms were dirty 2. The rooms had cockroaches crawling quite literally everywhere 3. Staff were rather rude and spoke with an attitude. While the price for the rooms are cheap, I don’t think it’s worth sleeping on dirty sheets with the chan

This place is cheap for a reason. There were bugs crawling all over the place, roaches, spiders, ants, and mosquitoes. There were roaches crawling all over the bed all night. The guy at the counter barely spoke English and didn't seem to understand the online booking. The booking included breakfast but the next morning they said no breakfast included. They didn't seem to actually wash the bathroom as much as just hose it out, and it never dried out. The toilet had no seat and there was no mirror in the bathroom. The sink was completely blocked. When the guy came to fix it, I mentioned the missing toilet seat and he just laughed. There was also a loud intermittent vibration in the building like drilling that shook the bed all day and night. Seriously for the same rate or even only a couple bucks more there are much better options out there.

Backpackers DO NOT BOOK HERE! The reviews are a lie! Cockroaches galore, the overwhelming smell of cigarettes, a moldy bathroom that was falling apart, and sheets full of holes that smelled of greasy hair and sweaty feet that obviously hadn't seen a washing machine in a while. This place is like the classic backpackers nightmare and we aren't generally precious. We fled in the first night even tho we were booked for 3 days.

I sometimes wonder if positive reviews online are fake, and this place is definitely one I question! My experience is a ton of noise with a ton of cockroaches and no hot water. The cockroaches were my main concern when I first arrived, they were in the bathroom and on my bed, and I waited a day before the staff were able to move me to another room and, when they finally did, that room was right next to the heavy traffic and I knew the noise would keep me up more than the roaches so I went back to the room with the roaches. However, the noise didn’t stop there either, and I got woken up the first two days at least every two hours if it wasn’t from someone yelling inside the building, it was from someone yelling outside, people were constantly slamming the doors in the building and always walking up the stairs with their feet slapping on the floor, the cleaners would always throw their brooms loudly on the ground. There was a rooster that would go off from 6 AM till 2 PM and possibly

After hiking from ABC , we stayed here and got a room on 3rd floor. No elevator , so we had to do another hike in this building 😌

Poor stay at Hotel Rosemary Homes. Our room was decent size, bed was comfortable enough but our windows were directly on the noisy street, the room had an off putting smell and the bathroom was dirty with a moldy and broken door. Definitely would not come back.
