Honestly I loved this place. The food is homemade, delicious and prepared by them, which makes it even more special. The service is very kind and warm. I arrived at 1 AM and they welcomed me without any problems. The facilities are perfect for solo travelers like me. Well-decorated spaces, clean and fully equipped. I would definitely come back!

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I truly love it here. The location is excellent and very convenient. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes the whole place feel just like home 🥰 I always feel safe and comfortable during my stay. The hotel is beautifully decorated with traditional Nepali elements, giving it a very authentic and cozy atmosphere. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nepal!🇳🇵

⭐☆☆☆☆ Avoid this hotel at all costs. We went here in the month of March and My family's stay here was an absolute nightmare and easily one of the worst hospitality experiences we have ever had. The individual at the front desk, who repeatedly claimed to be the owner, was unbelievably rude, arrogant, hostile, and completely devoid of any sense of customer service. From the very beginning, his attitude was dismissive and confrontational. Instead of treating paying guests with respect, he spoke in a manner that was insulting, aggressive, and deeply unprofessional. What was even more shocking was his willingness to make derogatory and racial comments about India and Indians. Hearing such remarks from someone running a hospitality business was both offensive and appalling. The hospitality industry is built on welcoming people from different backgrounds. Unfortunately, this individual seems to have no understanding of that basic principle. His behavior reflected ignorance, prejudice, and

I booked this hotel for three nights. My flight landed early and I reached the hotel around 10 a.m., and they allowed me to check in early, which I appreciated. The staff, who also appeared to be the owners, were initially polite. However, the overall experience was extremely disappointing and unsafe. The room was very small and had no proper window for fresh air. One window faced the living room area, and the room was not soundproof at all. I later realized that the staff could hear our private conversations, as the owner later repeated things I had only discussed with my family. The bathroom was tiny and not clean. The shower was directly over the toilet area, so everything got wet unless you removed all toiletries beforehand. The water in the bathroom and shower was yellow and appeared unfiltered. The towels were extremely dirty; unacceptably unhygienic. The most serious issue happened on the second night. I had booked the room for two people and invited friends to stay over. AT

Do not let the photos fool you. The listing is a complete misrepresentation of the actual property. What you see in the pictures bears no resemblance to what you walk into. The room was in poor condition and the bathroom flush was non-functional. When I approached the receptionist to get it fixed, instead of addressing the issue, he informed me that he had been eavesdropping on my conversation with my wife and was offended by our remarks. He then proceeded to raise his voice, became verbally abusive, and made deeply offensive, racist remarks directed at Indians as a nationality. He used profane language and turned threatening when we decided to leave. We vacated the property within 15 minutes of checking in and had to arrange alternate accommodation the same night. This is not a hospitality issue. This is a safety issue. The owner's behavior is threatening and hostile, and there are several other reviews here that corroborate exactly this pattern. Not a bad hotel for the price and in a prime location. The staff were polite but not particularly friendly or helpful. The bathroom was very mouldy and the toilet didn’t flush properly. Rooms were also particularly dark.
