We had an excellent stay at Ramada Encore Thamel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was outstanding, and they made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Specially Monica from restaurant she is very friendly and gives us very good service we ebjoyed all 3 days with her in breakfast The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the hotel’s location is perfect—right in the heart of Thamel, making it easy to explore the city. A special thanks to the entire team for their wonderful hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose Ramada Encore Thamel again on our next visit. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Kathmandu!

From room booking to checkin and help with travel from Thamel, the best place to stay ! Rooms spotlessly clean with pleasant cleaning staff, to Mr. Sukesh, Ms. Prabha, Mr. Prakash and Mr. Nijesh at reception, to Monica, Bhuvan and Ajay in the restaurant, everything was efficient and pleasant. The strengths of the hotel are the smiling courteous staff who go out of their way to make you comfortable, the clean rooms and good food and hot running water. Shout out to the manager Ms. Sita Rayamajhi whom we contacted for our reservation. She got it done without a fuss and most efficiently, clarifying all doubts without can’t confusion. All in all, a great stay !

I was on a family trip with mrs and 3 kids. Stayed 2 nights which was absolute commending for the trip. Seamless check-in and room with free crib was a luxury to us travelling with 3 yr old. Every essentials that you need was available. Great wifi and smart TV helps us entertained while we were in our room. Location was great. Didn’t had to walk far for great restaurants, pubs and clubs. Private parking. It’s all there. Great range in breakfast buffet which was included with our room rate. Helpful staff. Monika at buffet was a lovely lady and interactive with kids. Kudos to her. Highlight for kids was rooftop swimming pool though it was winter time. Highly recommended if it’s within budget for all travellers.

Our recent 3-night stay at your property from June 18 to June 21 (Rooms 515 and 517; booking for 5 guests). What was meant to be a peaceful trip has turned into a deeply distressing experience due to unprofessional staff behavior, food safety issues, egregious cultural/religious insensitivity, and a blatant breach of commitment by your management team. Despite raising these issues politely during our stay, the response from your team was dismissive, defensive, and completely lacked accountability. Here are the critical failures we encountered: 1. Hostile and Rude Staff Behavior (Breakfast Area - Day 1) On our first morning, one of our guests requested an omelette prepared without oil. The chef on duty responded with unprovoked sarcasm, rudely asking if she should "cook only in water." It was only after a direct confrontation that she backed down out of embarrassment. This hostile environment completely ruined our morning, to the extent that **our group refused to step into your break

Good western style rooms and good location. Enjoyed my stay. Rooftop has great views and is a good location for a meal or drink. Very polite and helpful staff. The duty manager at reception was always ready to assist with any queries and the other hotel staff were always engaging and friendly. Special mention for Monika at breakfast who always took time to ensure that everything with our stay was as good as it could be. Would happily stay here again.
