Hello friends at Satkar, Front desk monise was wonderful, he goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, always smiling,respectful and helpful, never feel rushed. The rest of staff are also excellent and helpful, can't say enough, they make you feel at home. The hotel is old and outdated, because of the staff and my favorite monise I would stay there again. I communicated with them quite well. Keep up the good work guys. I don't like the location, in an ally off the main road . Thanks my friends Best regards Clare (with white hair) 😍

Absolutely terrible hotel. The toilet seat, wash basin, and even the hair dryer were broken. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, no hot water, and the room looked nothing like what I booked completely different and misleading. The place was damp, pillow covers were stained, and the overall condition was disgusting. To make matters worse, the staff member at checkout was rude and lacked basic manners. I regretted booking this from the very beginning, and this stay only proved me right. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place there are far better hotels at the same price.

Stayed for 9 nights. In the heart of Thamel, very accessible to shopping and meals both daytime and night time. My room is clean and on the higher floor, hence it's quiet. Slept very well after my long day out...very comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back again.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Everything from airport pick up to the rooms to breakfast was fabulous. Jeshon was amazing. All the staff were amazing. So friendly and kind. Always smiling and asking if I needed anything. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is huge too. All my needs were met and more. I was even allowed to check in early since I arrived early in the morning. Do stay here. It’s centrally located but in a quiet corner. Everything is super walkable.
