The staff is really nice and helpful and the location is very good. But the room smelled of dampness and cigarettes to the point that the smell stuck to my clothes. The room has the potential to be really good but the mattresses are really uncomfortable, old and too soft

I am not a foreigner in Nepali. I was in the hotel yesterday and the hotel was okay from the outside. I had taken a room. The room was not worth the money. And there was no water in the toilet. I requested the hotel staff 5/7 times and they did nothing, so I wanted to write this review.

I recently stayed at Thamel Season Hotel and had a mixed experience. While the hill view from the window was lovely, there were several areas that could use improvement. The room cleanliness did not meet my expectations, and there were frequent electricity issues, leaving the staircase dark at times, which was inconvenient and felt unsafe. Staying on the 4th floor without a lift was quite challenging. Additionally, the hot water supply was unreliable, and the noise level around the hotel made it hard to relax. I hope the management takes this feedback positively and works on these areas to enhance the guest experience.

Good hotel. perfect location in Thamel. For this money it's perfect. Friendly stuff, ready to help. Just when book ask for the room inside, not to have windows on the street, can be a little noise this way. Most important for me was medium hard mattress so my back is safe I recommend hotel to all!

Thamel Seasons Hotel is family owned and run, and you can see this in every aspect of your stay. You are treated like family or a close friend right from the start and the prices are very affordable, both of which are very important to me. I was stuck in Nepal during the lockdown and staying in a cheap, and not so good, apartment nearby. As I was arranging being on an upcoming evacuation flight I wanted to treat myself with a hotel stay. I hit some bumps in the road in regards to the flight being delayed, visa problems and some personal problems as well. And I will say I couldn't have chosen a better hotel. I was able to talk over the issues with the hotel staff who provided listening ears, understanding, help and compassion. They truly became friends during my time there and we enjoyed many friendly conversations. The food is also delicious and they will accommodate your dietary needs. I highly recommend them and would give them 10 stars if I was able to. You just can't get this ki
