I really loved the rooms their spacious and the view is so good you can see most of the vicinity from the windows,I loved my stay and I recommend this hotel for a stay in Kathmandu.

We had a positive experience of our 3 night stay. The room was the biggest we’ve experienced in Nepal actually, so much room for yoga and all our belongings! The shower was great pressure and hot. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Great location, close to shopping, food, and more. Good value for money. Some feedback is the bed was quite small but we did book the budget double room so I’m sure they have larger beds available. Also it would be a good idea for the reception to have a water refill station, as most other accommodations offer this (to avoid more plastic use). The kettle in our room was also faulty - it boiled and boiled without turning itself off, so you must watch it. It is a new hotel and they’re off to a great start! We would return :-)

Spacious rooms with a great city view! The prices are very reasonable, and the size of the rooms exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay.

I am putting a 4 only because of the price and kindness of some staff. Otherwise this hotel deserves a 3 at most. I stayed here for a week. Not once someone offered to clean my room. I had to clean the bathroom myself on arrival since it was disgustingly dirty. I was never given water. Light in the room is atrocious, only strong white lights. Electric plugs are few and all faraway from the bed and table. I asked to be given a second table to work since i was planning to stay for a month. It was refused as supposedly all rooms are gonna be full. The room next to me was free most of the time. All in all a very mediocre experience. Property is poorly to no maintained. Bathroom walls were never washed. The installations were broken and pretty much nobody cares. There's a nice restaurant on the 3rd floor...however works only until 22:00. Location is noisy but otherwise very good.

What a joke of a hotel. Before booking they failed to warn me that my room was 7 floors up and that the elevator was broken. The door had a faulty lock they didnt bother to fix. I got stuck outside for 45 minutes waiting for them to find a spare key. When I asked for a partial refubd for my awful stay, they outright refused. Not to mention the building has a bad echo so you can hear everyone partying at night, which will be sleepless. Spend your money somewhere else. Don't give it to these dishonest crooks!
