This review solely address the restaurant Noon not the whole hotel. The restaurant Noon provided fresh and delicious food. The ambience of the restaurant is simple filled with natural lights but the seating management was little left behind and quite uncomfortable. The hospitality is admirable. The staff were polite, attentive and welcoming which showcased the comfortable environment for diners. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable.

Well appointed rooms in quiet neighborhood, grand lobby with excellent ambience. Staff is very polite and courteous, listens to guest's requests very attentively and attends to the same. Wifi is a bit patchy, frequently signing one out and need to relog in multiple times. Breakfast spread is large to satisfy it's targeted clientele.

Miss Neha at reception was amazing. I’ve stayed at this property probably seven times. I’m never disappointed, the staff make the place and the room decor is wonderful. I stayed at Hyatt Centric Soalteemode Kathmandu, and overall it was a really good experience. The hotel feels modern and clean right from the moment you walk in. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable—definitely one of the best parts of the stay. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, especially the bathroom and bedding. The staff were friendly and polite, and most of the time very helpful. Service generally felt warm and welcoming, which made the stay more relaxing. Many guests also mention how attentive the staff are throughout their visit . One thing I really liked was the atmosphere—it’s quiet and peaceful, away from the busy parts of Kathmandu. That makes it great if you want to relax. At the same time, the downside is that it’s not very close to places like Thamel, so you’ll need a taxi to get around . The food was decent, especially breakfast, but not perfect. Some meals were really good, while others felt average, and prices are a bit high compar
