Isabel★★★★★Room was really pretty and spotless. Lots of amenities. Staff were very polite + helpful and breakfast was lovely. Staff also answer the phone almost immediately whenever I had any questions. Swimming pool was quite nice and big, pool staff are very friendly. Location is quite far away from everything, minimum 10/15 grab to anywhere we wanted to go but I think that explains why it was cheaper than other 5 ⭐️ hotels. The in-hotel spa service wasn’t the best. I had a facial and shampoo, facial was ok but with the shampoo the lady didn’t blow dry my hair fully or brush it through properly. I had to brush my hair through myself to get the remaining knots out. I’ve had better at cheaper places. The actual spa and the facilities they had was good though.
Владислав Байда★Headline: Poor service and greedy management. Not a 5-star experience! Review: Extremely disappointed with the reception and management at Alansea. We came here for a 5-night stay, but instead of hospitality, we faced a total lack of flexibility and greed. Despite showing them a much lower price on Booking.com, the staff at the desk insisted on a significantly higher "walk-in" rate and refused to match the online price. They basically forced us to book through the app while standing right in front of them, which is ridiculous for a hotel that claims to be 5 stars. The staff's attitude was cold and unhelpful. If you value your time and want to feel welcome, avoid this place. There are plenty of other hotels in Da Nang that actually care about their guests. 1 star is too much for this kind of service.
Jay Hirpara★★We stayed here for 3 nights. At first the hotel looked big and impressive, but after checking in we noticed a bad smell in the corridors on the upper floors. Rooms were clean but very small. Breakfast was disappointing, especially for vegetarians. Also, they give only two tiny water bottles per room per day — apparently hydration is limited here 😅. Overall, not the best experience if you’re looking for a peaceful stay in Da Nang. However, we really appreciate the staff at the entrance who helped with luggage and greeted guests warmly they were very kind and welcoming.
Andrew Arif Conrad★It’s a nice place but it doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel. I noticed clear bias towards Korean guests vs myself as well. They said no food served in the bar after 9:30, but a Korean family clearly got a full service dinner served when they came up yet I was denied from ordering food. Again, my Korean friend went to exchange big bills for small change at the front desk. When I went to do the same the next day, I was told to go to a bank. Ridiculous! The walls are thin and housekeeping are very loud in the halls as well. And the gym is pathetic for a 5 star hotel.
