I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel in Da Nang. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and professional service. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shopping areas, and popular attractions around Da Nang. It made exploring the city very convenient and enjoyable. 🌟Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip. June 23rd-26th 2026 . Had to move rooms 3 times bc no water pressure and pay extra 100K per night. Employees woke me up 2 times at 8 am and at 9am. They demanded I need to move out and refused to listen to me bc their lack of English bc they thought my visa was not valid, which was not true. The manager was in Hcmc and had to message her through Zalo. I had to go back to the airport and resolve this issue and waited 4 hours to get my visa resolved so I can stay at the hotel for another night. The stress and anxiety caused me to get very sick the next few days. The employees didn’t try listen and help, instead they were demanding and not being open-minded. Although in the beginning, the employees did apologize after I showed them my visa paperwork, they still didn’t understand. How can you work in a major tourist but cannot speak or understand English? While I was checking out, I asked for extra waters for the 3 nights , only received 2 bottles. I was charged 20k for 2 small bottles o
