My boss booked this hotel for our team trip, and my overall experience was superb. The rooms were very clean and cozy, and the staff were accommodating and polite. The best part was the daily housekeeping, so after a tour, we could come back to a clean room and just rest and relax. The breakfast buffet was also good. The place is also accessible to lots of souvenir shops and near da nang beach.

Lets go with the cons first:- the breakfast menu is limited. Like there is nothing for a vegan person. Only bread and jam. So we kind of wasted our money there. There was no point booking a room with the breakfast service. They donot even mention it anywhere. The first day they put soya sauce and veggies and gave me oily soya noodles. Very bad though. Second day again they had nothing but bread and jam. If you are a vegan or a vegetarian:- skip this hotel. You have others around which are really good and have amazing breakfasy buffet. Pros:- good location. Good room size. Good service.

Had a very comfortable stay at Century Hotel for the final 3 days of my 17 day stay in Da Nang. I wish I'd booked for longer. The hotel is well placed for the beach which is a short walk away. It has restaurants, spas, coffee shops & minimarts galore all within a short walk away. I booked a deluxe room with a balcony. It was clean, spacious and well equipped. The balcony was ok, but overlooked the back of the property and was merely rooftops and not much of a view. Some simple balcony furniture would improve the room having a balcony as atm they do not have table or chairs. Matresses are hard as mentioned by previous guests, but as I've lived in Asia for almost 30 years this doesn't bother me and I prefer a harder matress. Breakfast is included in a great value for money daily rate, and the usual egg and noodle stations supplement a mostly Asian style breakfast which changed daily. The hotel is in a great location — close to the beach and not far from the night market. My room was exactly what I had dreamed of :) large, spacious, and with a beautiful view. The staff deserve the highest rating — incredibly fast, extremely kind, and very helpful. With their service and attitude towards guests, they truly add the fifth star to the hotel *****. Update - I have been told the high rooms at the back are all suites, why I couldn’t have been higher. Staff have been very apologetic which is appreciated but not needed now I know that :) Original review: Disappointed to be given a 5th floor room after requesting a high floor, quiet room (there’s 12 floors of rooms) weeks ago so can hear the traffic and I’m a light sleeper. Second day we asked to move but only room they had, has no balcony (one of main reasons we booked this hotel) and is at front on main road so maybe louder even though higher. The balcony has no furniture on it so you have to bring out their heavy leather chairs to sit on that get really hot. The room needs blackout curtains and places to hang things up including towels, Especially as nothing on balcony. Otherwise, it’s amazing value for money. We had a very nice stay here. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and helpful. They came outside to assist with our luggage, which was appreciated after traveling. We stayed for seven days on vacation and found the rooms to be clean and spacious, with a modern bathroom and a large TV. The rooftop pool area was also clean and a nice spot to relax. The staff really stood out. Everyone was friendly, greeted us with a smile, and was always willing to help when needed. They made our stay comfortable and easy. Overall, a great experience and a place we would happily stay again. Thank you to the team.
