I rented a room here for 2 days and had a great experience. The furniture is high quality, the windows are large which gives plenty of natural light, and there is a small cozy balcony. There is also a kitchen and chill zone on the first floor where you can get drinking water. I highly recommend this place. I stayed here for a month, and honestly it was better than most places I’ve rented in this city by a long shot. This place is brand new and well designed, and not to mentioned - quiet (aka no motorbike noise) perfect for working. Nguyen was such a thoughtful host, who actually cares that you feel comfortable and settled in for a long stay (which is rarer than it should be in this country...)The serviced apartment had everything I needed, and then some with my own private washing machine, board games and all the little things. It felt less like a rental and more like a place I could actually live which is saying something when you’re hopping between Airbnbs. If you're on the fence, here's your sign to book it.

Wow. Just had my best stay in Vietnam. The area is quite, the house it self is beautiful. The rooms are so well kept and well thought out. The owner helped us with different things and really just the best value for money. There’s also a really cute coffee place nearby and the property has a washer and dryer! I stayed there for 15 days. Superb good. Host are very generous. They recommended me local food shops, han and con market. They helped me in getting vietnamese dong for 24k/$ as on my debit card i was getting 22.3k/$. Offered me wine made from rice water, apricot and mulberry. Rooms are very clean and super big, as compared to most hotels in da nang where rooms are a bit dirty and ill illuminated. I had balcony for 15$ / day.
