They insist on paying cash...though they have a card machine, literally made me walk 10 mins to cashpoint, I could see the card machine on the desk. I assume this is to avoid tax. I said I would like to stay another night....I was too tired to move hotel again. Tried to upsell me to a 2m room. On the surface it looks nice,but underneath....not so much. When I said I didn't want to pay extra for a room. She was completely rude and dismissive. If I were u, I'd choose somewhere else

The room was disappointing overall. The furniture had visible stains, there was mold between the shower tiles, and I noticed multiple dirty spots on the walls. Cleanliness and maintenance definitely need improvement.

Nice hotel, big and clean rooms, offers a varied breakfast that combines Vietnamese and international food culture, good location in Da Nang city, good staff, nice, helpful and practical. Thanks to all the staff, especially those in charge of reception and the restaurant. I recommend this hotel.

A very delightful stay and one of the best rooms we have stayed in. Beautifully designed and well kept. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Room service was exceptional 10/10. Breakfast buffet and restaurant staff were so considerate and quick, topping up our tea and drinks ensuring we had everything we needed before we could even ask- especially the very sweet girl who I looked forward to seeing at breakfast. Will definitely recommend and visit again. Thank you for making our trip so wonderful.
