if looking to rent an apartment here - consider your noise tolerance. The place looks quiet but in the evening there's karaoke almost daily and you can't hide from it because the balcony and the kitchen wall are not sealed. Also, the balcony is facing the south and the AC is not that new, so the place can feel like a sauna

Great location for those who want to be outside of the busy city and closer to nature. Very quiet area close to the beach and Son Tra Mountain. Excellent views from the rooftop terrace. The rooms are a bit pricey for the amenities, but the architecture of the building is unique with exposed brick, lots of woodwork, and exposed steel making for a very interesting inviting environment.

The hotel here was very nice. The stairs were interesting to go up but I would recommend taking the elevator if you live above the second floor. They have a lot of snacks in front of their receptions desk. The rooms were clean and so were their bathrooms. Really enjoyed staying here because of their customer service.
