We are indian family and stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. My overall experience had been very good. I would like to highlight that the breakfast buffet is very nice. My wife being vegetarian, even she was happy with all the western menu, fruits, salads etc. We also fed our 1 year baby in the breakfast. Room was big enough and clean, staff was friendly and helping. Location is a bit off in my opinion, although it is on the big and busy road but far from the beach and My An area where all the touristy stuff are located. If you are with family then need to book taxi to reach there. There is a 24/7 mart and an Indian restaurant on 2 mins of walking distance. We didn't get time to be in swimming pool, so cannot comment, but the swimming pool in on the ground floor and the breakfast buffet is on the top floor, that's a bit inconvenient. My check in experience was a little off, we checked in at 7pm and there was no one to help carry the luggage, no one showed us the room, the AC was totally

The location is excellent, with plenty of conveniences nearby, including pharmacies, mini grocery stores, and a wide variety of restaurants just a few steps away from the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. We also enjoyed the food, which was delicious and well-prepared. The only issue we encountered was the air conditioning. We visited in June, when the weather was extremely hot, and the AC struggled to keep the room cool. It would be great if the property could improve the cooling system or provide an electric fan as an additional option to make guests more comfortable during the hotter months. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the excellent location, friendly service, and good food.

I stayed here for around 2 weeks. I had hopped around 3 other hotels in Da Nang at similar price points, and this was by far my favorite. The hotel and rooms are beautiful and clean, and above all, the staff are so lovely! I had had a persistent issue where the hotel didn't have my booking (gah third party booking), and the ladies here did their best to help me. Their kindness made that awful saga bearable. Because I kept extending my stay, I hopped between 4 (5?) different rooms of different tiers, depending on room availability. I was surprised to find that they were all fantastic. This is located a couple stores down from a well-priced convenience store. I enjoy taking Grab bikes around, so I don't have much opinion on the location. The breakfast was lovely and I looked forward to it when I had the time to go. This place only has two elevators, but because there aren't too many floors, they would actually move! We had a wonderful stay at Hadana Boutique Hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They're also very reasonably priced. The pool downstairs was well maintained with fresh towels available. The staff were friendly and helpful. One staff member, Lien, did a really great job of attending to our needs. She was very approachable and made sure we were well taken care of. A very nice hotel that is well maintained and clean. The rooms are well equipped and cozy. The staff are professional and very friendly. There’s a restaurant on the 11th floor offering a good breakfast. A 24/7 minimarket is just a few houses away, Vincom Plaza Da Nang Mall and the beach are about a 15-minute walk. Highly recommended.

Can hear a bit of traffic noise from my room and can hear your neighbours in the next room. Customer service was extremely good. Always greeting and helping where they can, communicating what your needs might be and what they can suggest. Rooms have a bath, (trick to making it hot, dont turn much cold on or the water will go warm and u will need to wait 10mins or so for the water to get hot again) One washing machine and one dryer, so lines do form. Recommend this hotel for the service alone.
