I stayed 2 nights and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the apartment is spacious, with two rooms and a well-equipped kitchen, which makes it suitable for longer stays. Moreover, it features a small indoor air-conditioned gym. However, there were serious downsides. The biggest issue was hygiene—there were multiple types of insects in the kitchen and bathroom from the very first evening, before I had even unpacked. When I reported it, the staff suggested it might be due to food I left out, which didn’t feel fair. They did clean the apartment, but it didn’t solve the issue—the insects were still present and even got into my personal belongings. The balcony was also very dirty and faces a construction site. Construction in Vietnam starts very early (around 5am), so expect to wake up to loud noise rather than a peaceful morning with the sound of waves. The air conditioning didn’t work properly either. For the price (~€50/night), I expected better cleanliness and overall comfort

Stayed here for 2 nights and it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed in Danang. Nice location, nice view and nice neighborhood. The host was incredibly welcoming and made our stay in Da Nang very enjoyable. They were always helpful and assisted us with everything we needed throughout the trip, including arranging a motorcycle rental and sharing some excellent recommendations for local food and places to visit. Their hospitality and thoughtful suggestions made our experience even better. Highly recommended!

Our favorite stay for remote working in Vietnam, hands down! 100% will stay again. Spacious, clean, with everything you need. Wifi was 150mbps and quite stable, even though floor 4 units seem to not have their own routers while floors 5 and 6 do. Kitchen table was solid and spacious and worked well as a desk for 2. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything from meat cleavers to rice cooker, 2 hobs and a microwave, fridge and freezer. Balcony had a lovely sunset view and decent laundry facilities. Short walk to the beach, and plenty of restaurants around, plus a mini market open past 1am around the corner. Only improvements I could suggest would be some kind of coffee maker and mugs/teacups.

My girlfriend and I stayed for two weeks in this apartment. All over the stay was ok, but not great. Unfortunately our apartment location was not that good. Our window was just next to the construction and the workers started every morning around 6:30/7 am, so the noise would wake us up almost every morning. Also our apartment was quite dark, which was not so nice. The other issue was with the internet. I had to work during the 2 weeks and the connection was not too stable. Our host did everything she could do improve the connection, but it was not ideal for working with a remote platform that needs a strong connection. The communication with our host was great, she was very attentive and always answered quickly and the location just 2 blocks away from the beach is also good. I'd recommend to ask about the apartment, if it is affected from the construction noise and if you have to work be aware that you will not have your own router. (June 2024)

I booked early and enjoyed special prices which is very worthwhile I booked the delux apartment which has balcony to chill every morning. Lots of storage spaces. Even a full sized fridge. Own router in room. WiFi speed is good. I don’t hear any noises like what others says. My room was 501. It’s a peaceful area and a 24/7 mart 200m away. Gum has weights up to 30kg Dumbbells. More than enough for vacations. Condition were great as well.

For me personally it was 5/5 for the price and my personal experiences here. But full honest review below. Context: We rented a whole month which is probably cheaper per night than renting short term. And I can speak Vietnamese so communication was not an issue. We got the cheapest option which is a 1 separate bedroom but the bedroom has no windows to the outisde (only to the hallway?). The good: - Mr. Cường was absolutely adorable. He helped us out with every single request. Always with a smile. He connected us with a taxi driver to rent by the hour. Gave us local information. Every time we need something, his reply was "ok give me 5 minutes." - Cleaning. The older cleaning lady did such a fabulous job, I have never seen it even at 5 star hotels. She paid attention to all little details. For example, she saw that we were saving rubber bands from food orders and placed them in a box for us. She saw that we kept using one of the hand towel in the kitchen and gave us additional kitche

I had a vacation with my family here quite comfortable, cool space with large balcony, fresh air because it only takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach, there is a fully functional gym for me. can practice every day. The apartment staff are friendly and very enthusiastic. If we come back to Danang we will visit this place again.
