They have such a bad reputation they also list themselves online as Tina Homestay. Booked online when I arrived there was no room, there were also other people there in the same situation. Than one of the staff tried to offer me a room in "friend's" house. While I sat around and tried to find another room for the night I saw them try to pull a similar routine on other people arriving. Avoid this place at all costs seems very sketchy and unsafe.

The room we got was not clean, we had the feeling they didn’t change the bed sheets, floor and table was dirty same as toilet. No towel no toilet paper. We got a room on the ground floor just next to outside light and due to that it was so bright in the room. Couldn’t fall asleep there.

Terrible homestay. Not reception at the place. Low responsive text messages. Every request is responded slowly. Water dripping AC. Now fresh towels or room service, even if requested. Will never come back

AI ĐẶT HOMESTAY NÀY NÊN ALO HOẶC NHẮN ZALO TRƯỚC ! Mình book qua booking, đã giữ chỗ, không hoàn tiền. Nhưng đến nơi thì bảo hết phòng, quên, không để ý nên không còn phòng cho mình. Mình đứng nói chuyện 1 hồi chẳng biết làm sao. Cuối cùng thì cũng sắp xếp cho mình được 1 phòng. Phòng sạch sẻ thoải mái, có nệm có ổ sạc có đủ thứ.
