I love this hotel because all the staff are very friendly, helpful, and always greet guests with smiles — they truly made my day every single day during my stay. The room is always kept clean, and the amenities are consistently topped up. Housekeeping is done upon request and they are very prompt in responding. Laundry service is also very affordable at only 40K VND per kg, and they charge accurately by weight. The clothes are usually ready by nighttime when I return to the room, and payment is made at the counter upon collection. The hotel is also well equipped with snacks and drinks available for purchase, along with two complimentary bottles of drinking water provided daily. The room always smells fresh and clean, and everything needed for a comfortable stay is provided, which matters most to me. The only minor issue was that the Smart TV movies and shows were mainly in Vietnamese, so I did not really watch TV at all — but that did not bother me much. The WiFi connectivity on the

Everything that could be wrong with this place is very wrong. 1. **Misleading rooftop advertising** I booked this hostel specifically because of its location and rooftop views for the DIFF 2026 fireworks. The property clearly promotes its rooftop on Agoda. However, when I asked how to access it, I was told that I could not and that I needed to purchase an additional VIP ticket. I tried several times to explain that the rooftop was one of the main reasons I booked this hostel, but nobody was willing to help. At no point on Agoda is it clearly stated that access to the rooftop requires an additional VIP ticket during major events such as the fireworks festival. I opened a complaint with Agoda and they agreed that my concern was valid, but they were unable to resolve the issue. Apparently the hostel simply does not care, and Agoda cannot force them to honor what is advertised. 2. **Serious safety concern** The dormitories are located on the second floor, yet there is no staircase, o

The apartment is big and has a lot of potential. They just need to renovate the kitchen because is in very bad quality with humidity. Even one of the apartments they showed us had a broken drawer that inside was disgusting with humidity and fungus. When I opened and fell to the floor, the cleaning lady started to scream in Vietnamese (clearly complaining and making me feel uncomfortable). Our room had a broken bathroom because the water of the shower was leaking everywhere. The kitchen also need to be better implemented with kitchen tools so people can cook, if not what is the point of having a kitchen? …also, one of the days we left at 1:00 pm and when we came back at 5:00 pm the room wasnt cleaned, but two ladies from the reception helped with clean sheets and the bathroom at least. The place just need a better management and better cleaning staff.

Short walk to Dragon Bridge & Love Lock Bridge. Easy Grab to the beach. Room was quiet and the mixed dorm felt safe. Locker included which was helpful. Clean towel provided. Overall really happy with my stay ✨

We booked Palmier Hotel Da Nang because it is one of the hotels located along the beautiful Han River, offering front-row views of the famous Saturday night fireworks. Thanks to its excellent location and stunning river-facing rooms, the hotel is quite popular, and room rates can feel surprisingly premium despite being considered a budget-friendly property. For our stay, we booked two rooms. The first was a river-view room for my mother and children, as we wanted to enjoy the fireworks directly from the room while celebrating my eldest son’s birthday. Fortunately, that room was quite pleasant. It was spacious, featured a bathtub, and offered lovely river views. The air conditioning was slightly weak, and the window design was somewhat restrictive, with only one section of the three-panel window able to open at a time and only by a small amount. The room came with two very small complimentary bottles of drinking water. Additional regular-sized bottled water, soft drinks, and snacks we
