Room and location are perfect but outside maintenance is poor. They have a good pool inside property. Property is located on the main road, easily accessible, shop and restaurants are closeby, located on the beach. This property is not maintained at all from outside, needs a major renovation. I guess the owner is not interested in this process property where this can be converted in luxurious one. Staff is decent, price is worthy as they have done much for property maintenance. Breakfast buffet is average, nothing very great. A lot shopping area, spa, restaurants, hotels are closeby. You can choose this property for location, price and room comfort.

Welcome to Temple Da Nang! Do we have clean rooms? No! Do we have usable toilet paper? No! We proudly provide the cheapest single-ply available. (Seriously, I don't think anyone willingly uses single-ply.) Do we have air conditioning in the bathrooms? No! Enjoy your complimentary sauna experience. Do we serve fresh food? No! Frozen food section at Mega Mart is apparently the house specialty. Do we keep mosquitoes outside? No! They check in before the guests do. Do we make sure your bed is insect-free? No! You'll be sharing it with whatever decides to crawl in. Do we clean the tables in the bar and restaurant area? No! Do we maintain the rooms? No! Mould on the bathroom ceiling, mould on the bedroom walls, mould on the curtains, stained furniture... it's all part of the premium Temple experience. Do we maintain the property? No! Broken furniture, abandoned equipment and neglected facilities are scattered throughout the resort. Do we serve breakfast you'd actually want to eat? N

Please read the messages before moving in here! The hotel is terrible and they don't take care of it. It was created for the locals! They're yelling in the hallways, the numbers are old, and everything around is stuck in the 2000s. It's not worth the money. There's no entrance, no internet, it barely works. I would call the inspection services here, it seems to me that he is standing here illegally. The food is just for the locals; a European wouldn't survive here. The local housekeeping service bursts into the room without knocking. Please do not withdraw it, a refund is not possible.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel had so much potential. But it’s been let go over the years for maintenance. Spend the extra $10 and go somewhere else is my recommendation. This is indeed a great location - and at one time might have been a very nice place - but those days are LONG gone. It’s a shame that they let maintenace lapse and the hotel degrade. Especially since they haven’t discounted the rates. PROS: Location & the pool is nice (but lacks appropriate pool seating) CONS: It truly feels creepy here. When the taxi dropped us off, we thought we were at a service entrance. It was not well lit nor inviting and lacked signage. At check in, we ended up seeing 5 rooms - since something was wrong or missing from the first 4. Rooms: smell like mold, TVs missing, fridges don’t work, windows have years of dirty film in them. The king sized bed was two doubles pushed together. Not comfortable to sleep in with your partner. The grounds: Broken furniture & old equipment piled up & tarped to

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The location is very nice, but everything else was terrible. Nothing felt clean. The room was in very bad condition, with mold and HUGE leaks everywhere. It was very old and dirty and not taken care of at all. There was a table but no chairs at all. The bathroom smelled very bad as well. I also got pretty severe bed bug bites, which made the stay even worse. I have never left a bad review for any accommodation before, but this was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Booking this place has taught me one of the most valuable lessons in life. Dont judge a book by its cover. The pictures look good but the reality is not. I booked this hotel in a rush and saw the price was alright so didn’t read the reviews. When I did get a chance to, I was shocked from both platforms Agoda and Google Maps. I tried to cancel but it was non refundable so I thought it couldn’t be that bad. It was that bad. All the pictures from previous reviews are 100% accurate. The pictures I have attached are all visible issues, the minute you walk in the room. It’s like they don’t even care if you see it. Some places would try to cover it up but these guys straight up don’t care. From the mould all over the bathroom ceiling, to mould in the bedroom wall, mould on the curtains and very visible unknown stains on the couch. I was in disbelief. How could a place call themselves a resort, charge the price they’re charging and be in such bad condition? Breakfast was included with our pr

I’ll just attach the massage I wrote to my agency Hi, how are you? I just arrived at the “hotel” and I wanted to share my experience with you so you’ll be aware for the future and perhaps avoid booking it for other travelers. Unfortunately, the conditions here are not very good. The towels have rust stains, there is dust on the floor, and there is quite a lot of mold on the walls to the point that it’s a bit difficult to breathe, on top of that there is no window. The pool also appears to be completely unclean, the mattresses are old spring mattresses, and the air conditioner is very noisy. I’m attaching a few videos so you can see what I mean. Since I’ve already paid for the room, I’ll probably just spend most of my time outside at spas, markets, and on tours. But I did want to let you know, because I don’t think this is a place that should be recommended to other tourists in the future. Thank you for understanding.
