I stayed at this hotel for two weeks and can highly recommend it. Large, clean rooms with everything you need, including a kitchen. Large, spacious bed, air conditioning and fan. Almost the entire city is within walking distance, and you can walk to the sea in about 20 minutes. Very convenient access to the airport and a very kind hotel owner who immediately helped me settle into the city.

Horrible place. Don't book, you'll be scammed. Booking.com won't let you post a review after a cancellation, so I'm writing here. I want to warn everyone not to waste their nerves and time. The owner is blatantly lying. You book a nice room with big windows. And then they trick you into paying extra.

Sunny, spacious, airy, clean and comfortable with a nice rooftop terrace where you can relax. The host family is welcoming and accommodating and the neighbors are friendly. Tran (the host) invited me and another guest to 2 delicious traditional dinners during my stay. It's not on the beach but it’s very well located in a nice residential neighborhood. Within a 3 minute walking distance there are restaurants, cafes, convince stores, parks, gyms and an ATM. I liked this place so much that I decided to stay for a month and if I return to Da Nang I will stay here again.

The room in the photo is 650 vnd a night. The other room has a window with a brick wall for the view. This is the cheaper room for 450 vnd. The prices fluctuate depends on what day it is. The owner might try to charge you to view a room!

Худший опыт за последнее время. Забронировал номер заранее, потому что на Booking было указано, что с животными можно бесплатно. По приезду потребовали доплату за собаку или предложили отменять бронь и искать другой отель. Настоящий развод. Заселили почти на час позже указанного времени. Номер грязный: липкий пол, пыль везде, стены в пятнах, душ еле работает. За 8 дней уборки не было ни разу. Шумоизоляции нет вообще — каждое утро шум и крики как на рынке. Отель не соответствует описанию. Не рекомендую.
