First, I called to check if there was a room available for Saturday night since our trip was quite spontaneous. The reservations team told me they were fully booked, but when I checked the All Accor app, I saw that rooms were still available. So I booked through the app. The room rate for Saturday night was 4.4 million definitely not cheap. 😳 Unfortunately, at around 6:00 AM, I was woken up by loud Vietnamese kids and families. The noise continued throughout the entire morning, which was quite disappointing for a hotel at this price point. I wish guests were more considerate of others and kept the noise down during the early hours. However, Mr. Bao personally explained the situation, sincerely apologized, and followed up to ensure everything was taken care of. He also offered us complimentary drinks and a late check-out. I truly appreciate his professionalism and excellent service.

I have stayed here several times and consistently received excellent service. The reception team is always warm and welcoming—even on occasions when I arrived as early as 10:00 a.m. They still greeted me with a smile and kindly assisted with early check-in when possible. Even if the room wasn’t ready, they made the process smooth so I didn’t have to queue again later during peak check-in time. A special thank you to Ms. Thu and Ms. Mai for their outstanding hospitality—their professionalism and friendliness truly stand out. The rooms are always clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. The bathroom is also a highlight—the shower has strong water pressure and is very relaxing, making it a great way to unwind after a long day. The TV is modern and comes with YouTube access, which is a big plus for me and makes the stay even more enjoyable.

Just got back from ibis Styles, had a pretty good experience so wanted to share a bit. The room was clean and tidy, with a youthful, modern decor that looked really nice. It felt comfortable staying there, not stuffy or anything. The common areas were also decent, with some chill spots where you can sit and relax with a nice view. The location is quite convenient too, easy to get to the beach or find food nearby. Overall, it’s a good choice if you just want a simple getaway or a weekend break. What impressed me the most was Ngoc at the bar. She was super friendly and helpful, explained things clearly whenever I asked. Drinks were made quickly and service was fast, so no long waiting. Small things like that really made the whole experience better. Afterall, I think it’s worth trying, and I’d probably come back if I have the chance.
