I had a wonderful weekend stay at Pullman Vung Tau. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was beautiful, quiet, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing and a great bed. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered plenty of choices. For travelers looking for a premium beachside retreat within easy reach of Ho Chi Minh City, Pullman Vung Tau is an excellent choice. Combining modern comfort, warm hospitality, and high service standards, it is a destination I would gladly return to and highly recommend.

My stay at Pullman Vung Tau was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel perfectly blends modern elegance with a relaxing ambiance, creating a welcoming environment that immediately puts you at ease. The room was impeccably prepared, with every detail carefully considered to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. A heartfelt thank you to Miss Thuy for her remarkable hospitality. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth stood out throughout my stay. She was always ready to assist with a smile, making every interaction pleasant and memorable. Her dedication to delivering excellent service truly enhanced my overall experience. Without a doubt, this was a five-star stay, and I look forward to returning again soon.

The Pullman Vung Tau is a modern, well-designed hotel with high ceilings and a spacious feel. The overall look is stylish and impressive. The location is also convenient — there’s a Lotte right across the street, and it’s only about a 5-minute walk to the beach (not beachfront, but still very close). A special shoutout to the security team and the doormen, who were proactive and genuinely helpful when assisting guests in and out of cars — a great first impression. However, the experience is quite inconsistent. The front desk and service staff could really benefit from better training in attitude and professionalism. There was a noticeable lack of friendliness — rarely any smiles — and the service did not feel up to 5-star standards. This was especially evident during the breakfast buffet, where staff seemed disengaged and unmotivated. As for the breakfast, it was disappointing. The food lacked flavor, the presentation was quite basic, and there was little sense of care or attention to

Miserable experience. For a 5 star hotel- zero solution oriented staff. I was up for my wedding anniversary taking days off from work, looking forward to our relaxing time and fireworks in Vung Tao. If your wife forgets her passport they refuse to check her in- even with TRC or scans of passport. If you check in yourself, go out and bring your wife back later, like an "outside friend" no questions asked. I refused. Go back to Saigon and get your passport, then come again (4hrs min) only option given. I got three advance emails from the hotel, none hinting, reminding or mentioning the now enforced law of bringing the physical passport along. No easing of this inconvenience like breakfast offers, upgrade next time, or even asking how they can turn the situation into anything less frustrating was offered, that's the worst part for me. Apparently this is a 5 star hotel, How the rooms, facilities or food are, I'll never know. Customer Centric Service is for sure not their strength. L

Recently stayed at Pullman Vung Tau during a short visit to Vũng Tàu. As part of the Pullman brand under the Accor group, expectations were naturally aligned with the standard typically associated with the brand internationally. The hotel itself is modern and relatively well maintained. Guest rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortably designed, with good bedding and functional layouts. Housekeeping standards were consistent throughout the stay, and the rooms provide a quiet environment suitable for rest. One of the stronger aspects of the hotel is the fitness center, which is well equipped compared to many hotels in the area. The gym has a reasonable range of machines and equipment, allowing guests to maintain a proper workout routine during their stay. The swimming pool, however, was somewhat surprising. For a hotel of this scale and international positioning, the pool is rather small, and during busy periods it can feel crowded quite quickly. It lacks the more spacious resort-styl

Checked in and went to have a shower in my room....rainshower at ceiling not working, no body lotion in bathroom or pump stuck. Went for dinner at 1st floor Ultra lounge: red wine on the menu was out of stock, Margarita cocktail was mini size 1/3 of the glass, ordered Spaghetti Carbonara....had to cancel because 5* hotel was out of Spaghetti 😂🫣 First impression not too good, 4 more nights to go....😬

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!! Beautiful hotel, with top tier cleanliness. Everybody that works at the hotel is amazing, friendly, and more than helpful. Most of all, Quyen!!! I miss her friendly smile and how sweet she is. She went out of her way to take care of me, made a special Vietnamese coffee (while also showing me how to make it). She made a lasting impression and I’ll never forget her! Only a few minutes straight shot to the beach, plus there’s a Lotte Mart right by so everything you need is located close by.
