Chuck★★I wanted to like this hotel. I stayed for 4 nights (Sun-Weds). Soundproofing is terrible. There is a large open air restaurant next door that stays open 24 hours if you include the staff yelling and playing music. All of the rooms on the left side of the hotel will experience this There was no hot water for the first two nights. Water pressure on the 5th floor was barely acceptable. The TV system kept breaking (every day) and had to call the front desk 3 times. The front desk girl practically yelled at me for "pushing the wrong button" on the remote. Crazy! Breakfast was minimal the first day, literally bare the second (you had to ask for what you wanted) the 3rd and 4th days were normal. The staff at the front desk were borderline rude. The security guard helped with the luggage and when I gave him 20k, he scoffed. The hotel overall needs maintenance. The carpets are black leading out of the elevator(s). The windows throughout the hotel were dirty. On the plus side, housekeepin
Johnny Tran★★★★One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in while on my 2 month journey in Vietnam. The room was spacious and clean. It looks to be a fairly new hotel. The bed and linens were awesome. I didn’t have much of a view but that’s ok because the beach is right there. I’d rather be on the beach than look at it from my room. The front desk people were friendly and efficient. My room was cleaned everyday. The reasons why it lost a star and didn’t get a person 5 stars are: 1. There was an ant problem in room 306’s bathroom floor. They were busy doing something with their walking back and forth in a line. 2. I can’t charge my devices when I leave my room because I have to have my room card in the main power switch. I understand they don’t want people to leave the AC’s on so just wire the AC to that switch. Other than those 2 things. I enjoyed my room.
han bui★★★★★When I first set my eyes upon this incredible hotel, I was absolutely amazed by its unique and fine architecture. Entering this hotel of a million dreams, I am welcomed by delightful and polite members of staff who have been highly trained in order to adhere to the needs of the customers. The lobby was quite frankly brilliant with comfortable and well kept chairs. Furthermore, the toilets on the ground floor were squeaky clean and it was extremely clear to see that the hygiene levels and standards of this hotel were high. I head into the elevator, no problems, no worries, and within seconds, I arrive on the floor that my room was on. As I enter my room, I am stunned by the spacious setting with a large living room, an adequate kitchen, two bathrooms, both with a toilet, sink and shower, and two large bedrooms with a double sized bed. The TV opened up a large variety of entertainment and amusement for the watcher and the beds were perfect. So clean and tidy and comfy that I fell asleep
