I initially checked in for two nights but stayed five. Initially I was at the back of the hotel, there is large construction starting . I was moved to room 1506 which is a sea view room. This made all the difference with a wonderful view of the sea and beach. The hotel has an awesome gym ,very well equiped for weights and cardio. The rooftop pool is nice for sitting but gets minimal sunshine for sunbathing. The pool is also often crowded with kids yelling and screaming which is a pity lol. Breakfast was very good, great food and selection but a very busy restaurant area and once again very loud with Vietnamese and their children. My room was very clean, quiet , large smart tv great shower and I slept very well in the lovely bed with great pillows. The air Con worked very well and so quiet.good location and easy for a grab anywhere. The staff at the hotel are wonderful, all so well presented and helpful. A very nice hotel in a good location and recommended for a nice stay.

This 5-star hotel does not give a 5-star quality room. We booked a grand deluxe ocean view. The room was not giving 5-stars though. The massive tub made getting in and out of the shower a safety hazard. There is not even a handle to help yourself get out the tall and wide tub. Good luck avoiding a nasty fall. There was also noticeable orange mildew built up from over time in the bathroom, so it did not feel completely clean. Though the robes are nice, the house slippers are reused flip flops. The balcony is very nice. The room comes with a little mini fridge and safe. Although, there is not a coffee maker in the room—Just an electric kettle and some instant coffee. The service is very kind and gave a 5-star experience.

Overall I really like this hotel. The rooms are clean, have a good view of the sea, and the breakfast buffet is solid. Service is friendly and responsive. On windy days the building makes loud ghostly sounds when squalls come in from the sea. It can make it difficult to sleep. On my first stay at the hotel, there were no noise issues, but on my second visit there was a loud, persistent groaning most of the day, until the wind subsided. The rooftop swimming pool is beautiful, but quite cold, even on hot days. I would still recommend this hotel, but keep the noise issue in mind.

Stayed at Vias Hotel and overall had a great experience. The hotel is right by the beach, which makes it very convenient and relaxing. The service was professional and friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The buffet on the high floor was excellent — perfect for enjoying the view and a chill atmosphere. The food at the buffet was quite good, with a wide and diverse selection. Most of the guests were Vietnamese. A small downside: the towels felt a bit old, and the indoor slippers didn’t feel very high-end, so using disposable slippers would be better. Overall, a solid stay and I’d recommend it for a relaxing beach getaway.

A fantastic hotel experience in Vung Tau We had a wonderful stay at Vias Hotel in Vung Tau. The hotel offered a fantastic view, great comfort, and really nice rooms. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and well thought out, and we experienced the service as very good from start to finish. What really stood out for us was the rooftop bar and rooftop pool. They were absolutely incredible. The view from there was magical, especially overlooking the sea and the city. It was the perfect place for us to relax, enjoy the atmosphere, and take in the beautiful surroundings. Overall, we can warmly recommend Vias Hotel to anyone visiting Vung Tau. Fantastic views, comfortable rooms, good service, and a rooftop experience beyond the ordinary.

I am currently enjoying a wonderful 3-week stay at Vias Hotel Vung Tau, and this is my second time staying here. The hotel has an excellent location, offering a spacious suite with a beautiful beachfront view and rooftop area. The bed is very comfortable, allowing me to rest and sleep well. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options. What impressed me the most is the friendly, smiling staff, who consistently show genuine care and dedication to their guests. My special thanks to the manager of the breakfast team Tai and his staff Minh. Also to Phương, Vi, Thơ, Hà (Housekeeping team) and Yến, Lâm (Reception) and Anh (Ivy of Reservations). They have helped make my stay truly comfortable and happy. I highly recommend this hotel and would be very happy to return again at my next visit.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Vias Hotel. Although it claims to be a 5-star hotel, the service quality was far below even basic expectations. The “double bed” was actually two single beds pushed together, with a deep gap in the middle. It was uncomfortable and caused back pain. The hotel’s beach area had no towels available for guests. Staff at the entrance did not offer to take the car or assist with parking. I had to step out and ask them myself. Housekeeping never checked or asked if we wanted the room cleaned when we went out. At the swimming pool, the staff told us to shower again in a very rude and unprofessional way, making us feel embarrassed. The pool water was extremely cold—much colder than the ocean—making it impossible to swim. No bicycles were provided for guests, even though many hotels in this range offer them. There was loud construction noise, yet the hotel only left a paper notice and one pair of earplugs in a room for two people. No one informe

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and found everything to be more than sufficient for our needs. The rooms were spotless, and the hotel lobby and guest rooms had a very pleasant fragrance. A major highlight was the staff; they are exceptionally friendly, well-trained, and truly supportive. We also highly appreciated the added convenience of the shuttle bus service to and from HCMC. The location is excellent with a beautiful long beach right out front. Especially the pool and the rooftop are, perfect for relaxing and taking in the view. While the breakfast was delicious and offered great quality, the dining space felt a bit tiny and could get crowded. Despite that, it was a 'good job' by the whole team!
