Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich top – die Altstadt von Dubrovnik erreicht man in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Für einen Städtetrip ist das ideal. Die Zimmer sind von der Größe her ausreichend, allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Auch die Betten waren leider sehr unbequem, wodurch der Schlafkomfort eher schlecht war. Ein eigener Hotelparkplatz ist nicht vorhanden. Das Auto muss an einer öffentlichen Straße auf einem etwa 5 Minuten entfernt abgestellt werden. Wir haben unseren PKW selbst zum Parkplatz gefahren, um die Sicherheit besser einschätzen zu können. Das Personal am Empfang wirkte am ersten Tag grenzwertig und hat nicht unbedingt Vertrauen vermittelt. Am zweiten Tag war der Umgang allerdings deutlich angenehmer. Insgesamt punktet das Hotel vor allem durch die hervorragende Lage, bei Sauberkeit, Betten und Empfang gibt es jedoch Verbesserungsbedarf.

Tourist trap Location was great, but the hotel has lots of false advertising. It is advertising that it has free parking which in reality you have to park on the side of the road on a zebra cross and leaving the keys of your car with the owner so he can move it all the time so you don't get a fine(which is very expensive in Dubrovnik). It was very unprofessional. Also they advertise they have 24hr reception desk which is false advertising, it closes at 22:00 and open again at 08:00. Guy in reception was rude and not helpful at all. Rooms are really not comfortable. We had a triple room. The bed was very uncomfortable and low it's like sleeping on a wooden floor. Also toilet is on one side of the room and sink on the other. Doesn't make sense at all. Definitely do not recommend as it is very expensive for the value provided.
