I have been staying at this hostel for several days, and the service has been incredible! Everything is super clean, they offer a great breakfast option, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly in the café area. The beds are very comfortable and the bunk beds are sturdy, so you don't feel any movement from other people. What I loved the most was the cleanliness and the amazing staff—they are so friendly, welcoming, and full of good vibes! I was especially grateful for such a warm welcome. I noticed a previous review mentioned "bugs." During my stay, I saw the staff taking all the mattresses out for a deep disinfection. Honestly, it feels like that previous guest probably brought the bugs in their own luggage, which can happen to anyone. However, it is highly commendable that the hostel disinfected the entire place immediately just to be safe. Very good hostel according to its price. Location is excellent, you can walk to every part of the city from here, beaches at 10 minutes walk distance, old town also like 10-15,+minutes. Staff is very friendly, eager to help you even with the smallest issue and in a very amiable way, very easy-going environment. I felt really welcomed here. Bed are very comfy, shower worked perfectly, good pressure and hot water. What surprised me the most was the level of cleanliness of the hostel. I am alway suspicious in this aspect when it comes to hostels, but this one surprised me (in a good way). Rooms where immaculate, sheets and mattress spotless, and bathroom were pristine, probably the cleanest accommodation I have been during my time in Croatia, and maybe europe

This Hostel is great and so near from the Bellevue beach. Rooms are comfortable, everything is clean, showers are ok. Suitable for all kind of groups. I had a great time staying here. Mila, Quique and Ane were amazing to us.

I stayed at this hostel recently and unfortunately brought bed bugs home with me. On my last night at the hostel, I saw a bed bug crawling directly on the bed. When I got home and opened my luggage, I found more bugs right between my clothes. I am now facing a stressful and tedious cleaning process at home.Please check your room thoroughly before unpacking! Look under the mattress seams, behind the headboard, and in the corners of the bed frame.I highly recommend that management immediately closes the affected rooms and hires a professional pest control service. Until this is completely resolved, I absolutely cannot recommend staying here.
