I have visited ITC Welcom umpteen times for business meetings. I haven't stayed in their rooms as yet. Their food preparation is Excellent and the banquet executives Suman or Navin are very receptive to feedback. They have maintained the hotel very neatly. Feels great when their staff welcome you with folded hands and say Namaste - our Indian culture reflects.

We had a very pleasant stay at WelcomHotel. Stayed here for almost a month , The staff were extremely welcoming and courteous. The rooms were neat, clean, and well maintained. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff, especially Mr. Baswajit, who cleaned our room regularly and did an excellent job. Overall, everything was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would also like to appreciate Ms. Kusuma and Mr. Girish in the buffet section for their warm service and hospitality. Everyone was kind and helpful—though I may not remember all the names, each staff member made our stay truly comfortable. Overall, everything was excellent, and we really enjoyed staying here.
