This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The room and furniture were extremely old and outdated. The location is very isolated, far from any attractions or convenience stores. The only thing nearby was a bar that played extremely loud music, making it impossible to sleep. We checked the pictures on Google Maps before coming, but the actual place was nothing like the photos. The bathroom is poorly designed. The wet area doesn't effectively contain the water, causing it to spill out. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Amazing Beach View Hotel. Offers Great View of the Beach from our Suite Room. Room has Massive Glass Partition with Mesmerizing Beach View. The Rooftop Pool Offered Wide Expanse Scenic View of the Sea, Sunrise and Part of the Cityscape. You Can Just Stand on Right Side of the Pool and See Roads, You Can Experience You Are in Miami. Just Stunning Views. Friendly & Helpful Staff. Easy Check-In. Breakfast Has Very Good Enough Vegetarian Options Only if You Eat Eggs. Location was a Bit Far from the Night Markets. You Can Rent Scooter 🛵 and Self Drive through the Beautiful Roads.

Even 1 star is a very good review for this hotel. It was so bad and unclean and overall bad that we were unable to stay in the rooms. We constantly complained but no one answered our requests. We had red ants in our room and the entire ants went into our suitcases and hand carry bags. Everyone got a very bad rash and skin infection because of it. There was no water in the room and if there was it had such a foul smell that we had to use bottled water all the time. I would never recommend going to this hotel. EVER. The bed has ink and dried blood stains all over and some rooms had cockroaches and pests in there Service sucked, staff is so so so rude and literally hurled abuses in Vietnamese, we understood but obviously we didn’t retaliate. Breakfast was smelly and over all bad.

The hotel smells like rotten fish from the outside. The lobby was extremely dirty, and the receptionist was sleeping, and we had to wake him up. The elevator was so dirty. Looked similar to an elevator for moving stuff in a dirty old factory. The room was worn down and smelled really bad. The door did not close at all. Immediately left the hotel after seeing the room and changed hotels. Did not get a refund. Don't recommend at all.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. The room was filthy — dust everywhere and a horrible odor. Hygiene clearly doesn’t exist here. The door didn’t even lock properly, making it feel unsafe. On top of that, cockroaches and bugs were crawling around. Felt more like a pest-infested dump than a hotel. Avoid this place at all costs.

The hotel is in very poor condition—the reception, the elevator, and the hallways are all worn-out, dirty, and outdated. The room was okay, not 100% clean, but acceptable. The breakfast was good. The worst part: We got severe food poisoning and felt absolutely terrible. The weather was awful—windy and rainy—and we could barely move. Desperate for something to drink, I went to the lobby, where there was a fridge with beverages. However, when I asked to buy something, the receptionist simply told me the fridge was locked and refused to sell me anything. I explained my situation to her, but she just kept repeating that she understood me yet still wouldn’t sell me anything. It was outrageous. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The location isn’t great, it’s dirty, and if you ever really need help—like just a simple drink—they will leave you to suffer.

Great location with the quiet beach nearby. The only problem we had that was karaoke from the residental neighbor. All staffs are friendly; However, there was one time we called the receptionist for the toiletries, she forgot it. Overall, it was still a pleasant trip.
