Zero soundproofing. You can hear absolutely everything your neighbors or people in the hallway are doing, and I mean the most intimate things you can imagine. If you enjoy staying awake all night listening to every little noise, then this place is perfect for you. Otherwise, I do not recommend it.

The hotel was clean, likely because it is relatively new. It is a cozy, boutique-style hotel with only six rooms on each floor. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. However, the soundproofing between the rooms was extremely poor. We could hear conversations from the neighboring room almost as if the people were speaking right next to us, and it was easy to tell whenever someone entered or left a room. Aside from the lack of soundproofing, I think this is a very nice hotel and would recommend it.
