I had a great stay at this cozy studio at Anstay Beach Da Nang. The host was very responsive, friendly, and always ready to help whenever needed, which made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. The area is peaceful and located right by a beautiful beach that is not overly crowded like other parts of Da Nang. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a more relaxing and quiet atmosphere. Getting around is also very convenient—you can easily reach anywhere in the city using ride-hailing apps. The room is okay but the Room security zero. My door doesn't lock itself from the outside I pushed the door two times and the door open itself without the code. I made sure that it wasn't me who made a mistake but the door open itself when I come back from groceries and while I was in the shower. I am speaking with Booking.com to try to manage things with the owner. But he said it doesn't want to refund and try to fix the door with his collegue. Not safe and Not professional at all, poor management from a greedy man. Please everyone be careful where you go I've been traveling for for three years in South East Asia and it's the first time something like that happens. I am talking about the door mostly. As an answer to your message: You said that there are cameras in all areas but my room 203 and I believe the 204 are not under any camera surveillance so the room next door could have easily stolen all of my belongings if they had bad intentions or worse. Booked studio apartment through Airbnb. It was very clean and spacious, as depicted in pictures. Check in , checkout was seamless with the staff. Very close to beach just 100m walk. Though it's a bit away from the main city area for marts and restaurants,I suggest to rent a bike. Has a seating area in terrace to enjoy the view too. My only problem was that the laundry facility wasn't available properly to use, I checked multiple times but it was always full with some sheets, so I had to give laundry outside.

I had a wonderful stay at the studio apartment with a city view located just next to Man Thai Beach. The location is excellent — only a short walk to the beach, surrounded by local restaurants, cafes, and a peaceful neighborhood. The studio is clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view of the city at night is especially beautiful. The host from Anstay Beach Da Nang was friendly, responsive, and made check-in very easy. Overall, this is a great place for both short and long stays. Highly recommended!

Great location for the beach, but poor location if you want street food. Convenient store nearby. Top floor has 2 washer/dryer combo. It was a bit hard to figure out how to operate it. The girl that works the front desk was super nice. And Helen, the one I rented from was responsive. The room had a great ocean view. The only Problems I had was there was no shower door, so water would be all over the ground, and our room had tiny tiny bugs coming out of the ceiling and walls.

Beautiful modern studio apartments, good for long term stay if you’re a digital nomad doing remote work. We rented for two months and the host went above and beyond to help whenever we needed it. Reasonably priced, one block from the beach. I can recommend Yuki laundry service nearby, they will pick up and deliver for free.
