Amazing beach front hotel. The rooms are dpacious and modern. Our room was on a higher floor with amazing sea view. The receptionists were helpful and prompt. The buffet breakfast is great, with good variety of options, live eggs cooking station and catter for both European and Asian guests. There is a small gym and a nice pool with a sea view. Overall, this is a nice hotel with lots of restaurants around. Highly recommend it.

We spent 6 fantastic nights at Awaken and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The panoramic ocean views were simply stunning. In fact, this may be the first hotel I’ve stayed in where I could enjoy an ocean view while soaking in the bath. It’s a tough life, but someone has to do it. The rooms were spacious, modern and very well appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, from Vietnamese dishes through to Western favourites, all of which were fresh and well prepared. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional and exceptionally helpful. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they genuinely wanted guests to have a great experience. The location opposite the beach is excellent, the views are spectacular and the service is outstanding. Highly recommended. We would happily stay here again.

I can't say it's a 4 star worthy hotel or 5 star worthy overall, but the best parts about it are the pool (amazing!), the restaurant on the top floor (delicious food and beautiful views) and location (across the street from the beach, but not so centric that you get beach to yourself!). Giving rooms themselves 4 stars because my room (with partial beach view) was comfortable enough but mattress was a little hard and the fact you can hear everything going on in the hallway is not great... they need to soundproof those doors! It's a problem, honestly. The room having a balcony was great for swimsuits. Didn't like the one roller door for shower and toilet, because the water from the shower kept popping over to the toilet. Service? Nothing spectacular, respectful and helpful. I mentioned twice (at time of booking and a couple days before arriving) that I would arrive at around 1pm, I was told it depended on availability in the hotel both times, and then I had to wait for 2 hours to get i

Amazing hotel, I’ve stayed in a lot of 5 stars in south east Asia and this is the second best. Excellent price, €600 euro for 11 nights. Rooms are clean and modern, staff are professional, views are amazing from the 22nd floor. Food on the roof is excellent and prices very reasonably, the steak sandwich is very tasty and the drinks are very high quality. We had a power grid fault while staying here and the generators kicked in within 10 minutes. Rooms are spacious and have TVs with Netflix etc. rooms are well lit which I’ve found is not the case in some hotels. That being said, if you’re expecting western style ultra luxury 5 stars like the intercontinental Chiang mai, or the Marriott, it’s not that. It’s a luxury 4 star plus by western standards but absolutely amazing value. Quiet area right on the beach, 4 elevators so you’re never waiting too long. And the best part…. Always lots of taxis outside the hotel you’ll never wait more than 1 minute

Great time with the family here! The location is right near the beach, and our room had a direct sea view. The room was clean, and the AC was very quiet and cool. The facilities are quite new. However, the room doors slam quite loudly, which was very disturbing at night. Breakfast was okay—lots of options, but the taste could be improved to include more authentic Da Nang flavors. The gym is nice with basic equipment, honestly better than most 5-star hotels. The pool is on the smaller side, but it offers a great view, though the water was a bit cold. Overall, we had a great stay and may come back next year!
