From the moment I arrived at the hotel I was very pleased. Very large lobby was clean and inviting The front desk staff were friendly and professional, including the night staff. I stayed here for 3 weeks. I found everything to be what I would expect of a 4 star hotel. The rooftop pool, some exercise equipment, restaurant, room, and everything was clean and in great condition. The house keeping staff were professional and courteous. This was everything I expected for the price I paid. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and I will be returning for 45 more days later this year. Can't wait.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, especially being so close to Dragon Bridge — it made exploring the area very convenient. The hotel was very clean, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. What truly stood out to us was the staff. Everyone was extremely polite, always smiling, and ready to help without any hesitation. Their positive attitude and warm hospitality made a big difference in our experience. A special thank you to Nguyet and Bray Nguyen from the restaurant. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. As vegetarians, we truly appreciated how they tried their best to provide suitable options and ensure we were comfortable. Their effort and kindness did not go unnoticed. We really loved the friendly service — no frustration, just genuine smiles and prompt responses every time. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for one night before heading down to Hoi An. A really nice, clean, modern hotel. Great breakfast buffet, including freshly cooked eggs/omelettes. Great views across the river and a great rooftop pool, where we swam and watch the sunset. The only downside is that there isn’t a lot of bars/restaurants within easy walking distance.

This is a 4 star hotel with 6 star service. We have had the best time at this hotel. From the moment we booked in the staff have gone out of their way to help with any problems we may have had ie flat batteries. The restaurant and kitchen staff led by Brian are amazing. The room service guys are so accommodating. We asked for an extra chair & table done pronto. The car park staff re our motor cycle are always moving the bike for easy access etc. charging it and giving us a helmet when we lost one. Amazing. Overall we couldn't be happier.
