The location was great. So close from convenience stores, pharmacy, and so many restaurants. But it wasn’t in the most touristy area so not super loud. Although you can still hear sounds from the vehicles on the streets, but mostly in the day, it’s not too bad at night. The building is a bit old and could use a reno but with that they got, they’re doing their best. I got a room with a massive window, lighting was great during the day. Decent size bathroom and great housekeeping.

We booked a three-night stay and checked in yesterday. In the evening, when we returned from a walk, we discovered the room smelled of cigarettes. By the time we went to bed, the smell was getting stronger and stronger. We don't smoke, and I have breathing problems. In the morning, we asked to change rooms, but they said there were no available rooms. They refunded our money, but charged us 20% of the cost, and there was no other way. So, because of the terrible smell in the room, we had to find a new hotel, change our plans, and they charged us for that. So, instead of compensation, we also paid for the fact that the room was uninhabitable and they didn't have any odor-free rooms available. We were given room 802, so if you decide to stay here, keep in mind that this room is like a smoking room. There's a very strong cigarette smell in the room that's not being ventilated! There are also ants in the room.

Big room for the price and in a good location. But the best thing is the girl at the front desk, Miss Binh. There were problems with the booking due to technical issues. She worked hard to solve the problems. I hope her boss knows what great customer service skills she has and I would recommend that she gets an increase in pay!

The hotel’s location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I felt genuinely valued as a guest. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend Sea Charm to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay.
