The reception was good, but the room and service were not good. Specifically, the room didn't look like the picture; I was very disappointed with the room. The picture on booking.com was very different from reality.

Very bad. They made us waiting in a hot lobby for almost hour. We had to wait for our room to be ready, but..... When we entered to the room we found dirty bathroom with somebody's hair and a used condom in the room. The room doesn't match to fotos. Nothing similar to pictures in booking.com. Very, very bad. Never back again and don't recommend to anyone.

We paid for a superior double room the room did not match the pictures and we were still charged 50 dollars for a sub par room with no windows. The bathroom had cockroaches which we were told would be dealt with and cleaned but they returned. The concierge refused to give us a refund or discount dispute the room not matching our booking. The towels were dirty, the hotel is very noisy and not as advertised. The hotel is near to the beach that was the only positive of our stay
