I stayed at SeaForest Hotel by Haviland and had a great experience. The staff member named Suong provided excellent service. She was very friendly, responsive, and able to resolve any issues quickly. There is also an electric motorbike service, which arrived within 5 minutes. The room was spacious, and the shower was large with very strong water pressure. I really loved it. The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep.The location is convenient, close to massage shops, restaurants, and markets. However, since I stayed on the ground floor, I would suggest improving the door locking system. When entering the hotel, the door tends to swing back and doesn’t align properly with the lock, which can cause noise if it doesn’t close securely.

Ms. Suong reached out to me via WhatsApp before my stay and kindly arranged the motorbike rental I had requested before arrival. The room was clean and just as shown in the photos, and communication via WhatsApp was smooth and very polite. The location is great too, so I’d love to come back again when I visit Da Nang next time.

I had an amazing stay at Seaforest, room is comfortable. The team is always here to help you. They can take your laundry too. Close to a nice cafe 1min walk. And 10mins from the city center with motorbike.

Great little hotel. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Bed very comfy and TV has netflix. Staff are lovely but unfortunately no lift which is difficult when you have heavy luggage or small children. Some construction going on, very loud first thing in the morning. Not the hotel's fault but still inconvenient.

Room is very different to what is shown online, the “balcony” bit is more like a smoking area with old fag buts and very messy floor that drags through the room if you go outside. Was also not a fan of when you look over the railings you can see into downstairs toilet area a severe lack of privacy especially since there were no blinds/curtains. The bath tub also leaks so would recommend using. A the shower overflows into the toilet and the rest of that area. Staff were polite enough.
