Best Air BnB we have been in Vietnam! Owner is kind and sends us emails just to make sure everything is good. Just 2 suggestions. The Rooftop pool is excellent, but the water is a little too hot... And maybe get a small set of Dumbbells for the fitness room. Amazing place otherwise! Thank you!

Great budget hotel. Very clean, large rooms, well equipped. Located across from Da Nang beach. Within a 5 minute walk to the beach. Staff were mostly nice and helpful. Wonderful spread for breakfast with both Vietnamese and western food. Only negative was the bathroom was poorly designed, so everything gets wet when a person has a shower.

Hotel is on the beach and if you book the right room, you will have full view of the ocean. Rooms are clean but washroom smells a lot. Housekeeping doesn't clean the bedding properly. Overall behaviour of staff is a bit offensive. People on vacation, especially foreigners, are not coming to your hotel to steal cups and towels 😅

3 star hotel? Maybe 30 years ago before they stopped doing maintenance. We had room 901, which does indeed have a good view of the ocean. However, the goodness stopped there. Fortunately we only stayed one night, as the bathroom had a sewage smell that never went away. Bed was tolerable but a bit lumpy. Walls in the room were damaged in several places. Tub was about to fall apart and bathroom ceiling was mildewed. It could be just a bad room we got, but the elevator walls were in disrepair as well, which makes me suspect something more widespread. Overall, it reminded me of the hotels where I stayed in Angola during the civil war in the mid-90s.

Very nice hotel for the price! Super nice personnel...very friendly, helpful & efficient. We spent 2 nights...& then decided to stay another 2 nights. We then decided to book another 23 nights! Great buffet breakfast(We are Vegan & survived!). 2 min walk to the beach. Vegan restaurents near by. Mini food mart next door to get any essentials. Enjoyed +++. Will return definetly. Thanx

Very near the beach but in a quieter side of Danang. Breakfast is really good. Coffee is unforgettable! It's been months since we've been there, but my husband and I always talk about how good the coffee was. The room was spacious enough for our family of 4 and facing the beach.
