DrSubeer Banerjee★★★⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Good Breakfast, But Some Areas Need Improvement I recently stayed at Seven Sea Hotel in Da Nang and had a mixed experience. The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. There was a good variety of food available, including fresh fruits, Vietnamese dishes, eggs, breads, pastries, and beverages. The food was generally fresh and tasty, and the dining area was clean and comfortable. It was a pleasant way to start the day. However, there are some service gaps that the hotel management should address. While the staff were polite, the level of responsiveness and attention to guest concerns could be improved. At times, it felt like guest requests were not handled with the urgency expected from a hospitality establishment. Another issue was the refrigerator provided in the room. The fridge was running but was not cooling properly, making it difficult to keep drinks or food items cold. This is a basic amenity that guests expect to function correctly, especially in a w
Cindy★★★★Had a lovely stay here. Location across from the beach. Beautiful sea view. The beds were so comfy. Buffet was okay, the pool was green for some reason and no way I was hoping in it. Aircon work extremely well. Bottles of water every day. Staff friendly. The rooms can be a little noisy but not to bad. There are steps up to reception but to the right is a parking shed go in there to the lift to take your luggage up to reception. There is no sign to tell you that. Also avoid the spa on level 5. Run down and the demand a tip. The drink shop on the corner block has great drinks. Recommend grabbing one from there. Manage smoothie was a favourite of mine.
Jayda★was walking along the beach and stumbled across this place, a few men were outside calling me and my partner over for a massage. it was around 580000 each for a 90 minute massage, which was on the pricier side and was to be expected at a professional massage place. my partner decided to give it a try, so we were brought into the hotel and up to the 5th floor. i already got dodgy vibes from it. we had to pay before which was a big red flag for me but felt that it was too late to back out. as we were waiting in what looked like an abandoned back room, we were expecting the usual massage place treatment where we wash our feet before entering the massage room, but we were just left there confused. after a 10 minute wait, we were led to the massage room and it stunk like old wet cardboard it was just not pleasant at all. the man told us to disrobe and place the towel around us and wait for our masseuses. i looked down at the table and the towel looked used and smelled weird. at this point i
Aman parmar Singh★★★★Seven Sea Hotel is in a strong location if you want to stay near My Khe Beach. The beach is just across the road, which makes morning and evening walks very convenient. There are small marts nearby for water and daily essentials, which is helpful during travel. However, main markets like Son Tra Night Market, Han Market, Con Market, and Le Duan Night Market are around 3 km away, so you’ll need to take a Grab or walk a fair distance. The highlight of the stay was definitely the sea view. Our room was on the 17th floor and offered a beautiful view of both the city and the beach. The 18th floor pool area also has a fantastic panoramic view — great spot to relax. Breakfast was good, not extraordinary, but decent enough. There were both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available, which was appreciated. Now coming to the areas of improvement: The bathroom sink and shower door were not in the best condition and could be better maintained. Also, the room had two single beds combined
Nam Nguyen★★★★The hotel's location is the pros, convenient to reach out restaurants or beach, also be easy to travel back to city center. The room is ok, not so well at maintenance. Breakfast is a nice decoration, I mean you can't eat your decoration. Just a few basic stuffs for a lightning breakfast. Would be ok if you don't have any expectations for the morning
Peter Farrell★★★Nice hotel, make sure though you don't lose any of the room equipment such as cups spoons or whatever there is in the room, I misplaced a tiny spoon and the rigramole at checkout, completely ridiculous. They wanted to charge me extra for it, at the end the lovely receptionist let it go, after I was asked to go back up 16 floors to look for it. Anyway other than that silly policy the hotel was good value for money and a good location, ps. the coffee and tea at breakfast was terrible, bring your own down!!
