Stayed here for 2 nights. The staff were very polite and enthusiastic, and the security guard even offered valet parking for our bikes. This place has everything, rooftop bar, restaurants, pub, infinity pool, and more. The breakfast was excellent, better than most hotels I’ve stayed at in Vung Tau. The location is great too, just a 100m walk to the beach, with many convenience stores and F&B services nearby. Highly recommended for couples traveling. Would definitely come back next time.

The Premier Pearl Hotel is absolutely stunning—truly beyond beautiful and luxurious. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the staff, even being escorted with umbrellas to the check-in hall, which made a great first impression. The customer service here is top-notch and consistently attentive. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view. Both the breakfast buffet and the seafood dinner buffet were incredibly delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality options. Overall, an amazing experience—I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and upscale stay.

PREMIER PEARL — goodbye, and definitely never again. From my own experience and after reading many other reviews, I realized we are clearly not the only guests who have gone through situations like this. So if you choose to stay at this hotel, please take time during check-in to carefully inspect every single item in your room to minimize unnecessary risks that could completely ruin your vacation. And honestly, if you don’t have the time or energy to do that, you may be better off choosing another hotel — otherwise, you might end up paying fines for something that was never your fault in the first place. What made this even worse was how the situation was handled. Even my friend, who had already booked and paid for two additional nights, felt extremely disappointed by the staff’s attitude and the way we were immediately suspected, blamed, and treated as if we were dishonest. In the end, she decided to cancel the remaining paid booking and leave the hotel immediately. Our experien

Great experience at Premier Pearl Hotel. Very good value for money. Location’s great with the sea and a beach just in front of the hotel, and next to the entry (~10-15min walk) of the Christ statue. Rooms are clean and the view is good. Last but not least, the employees are very kind and helpful. And I want to thank Ms. Naomi-My again for helping us book the limousine-van for the airport! Small negative note about breakfast BUT this is surely due to the fact that we are Europeans and therefore used to other types of breakfast.

Premier Pearl Hotel is an excellent hotel as it sits right next to the beach, there are some tweaks that should be made to be done. First of all, the internet is really slow, now this isn’t like most hotels where your room has a private wifi network just for you, the entire network is shared with all guests which slow down the efficiency. Next, paying extra for meals, now paying extra to eat supper here is outrageous as all meals should be included with booking, after spending about 2 million VND for the room (100 CAD) it was disappointing that these meals weren’t all inclusive. Now the service was amazing, the staff was gentle and enthusiastic the meals were pretty good too, but this hotel lowered my expectations.

The Premier Pearl Hotel has a prime location along the beachfront in Vung Tau and the views from the 19th floor are breathtaking. It caters for large tour groups, mostly from China and South Korea; westerners were few and far between. We found the whole checkin process regimented to the point that guests have to sign a form acknowledging the hotel policies, such as not bringing FOOD or DRINKS from outside. Breaching these conditions incurs a fine of VND 2,000,000. This made us nervous as we always travel with snacks. Also, the shower was only ever lukewarm. Breakfast was excellent and included an extensive collection of local and western dishes. For the price, the hotel is good value for money.
