We enjoyed our nearly 2 week stay. The hotel staff are friendly and willing to help. The rooms were clean and can be re-cleaned during our stay on days we selected which is convenient. As others have mentioned the decor and rooms are older than photos suggest, but it represents good value for money in a good location. Everything worked, good hot water, fridge, aircon, tv and comfy bed. Everything you need 👍

Sea Vista offers a wonderfully peaceful escape right in the heart of a lively area. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, but the real highlight is the staff. The receptionists are incredibly professional, patient, and polite, constantly going above and beyond to help with travel tips and requests. Stayed here for over 2 weeks and wished I could have stayed longer. The rooms are spotless and are cleaned daily, comfortable with powerful ac. The staff go over and above - Suong was very helpful in locating a lost bag on the train as well as checking in daily to ensure the stay was good. Great location close to the beach while also being away from the busy tourist centre. Highly reccomend this accomadation.

This was a perfect soft landing location for me. Its a couple blocks from the northern section of the beach and 1 block from restaunts and convenience stores. I have to mention theres no cooktop in the room, while there is a fridge and microwave. Theres also a ceiling fan. The staff was very nice and answered any questiona I had. I would stay here again.

I like this hotel ! The rooms are spacious, the staff is very friendly, and it's on a quiet street where I can sleep really well~ it's perfect for digital nomads. The only thing to note is that the bathroom doesn't have a window, so sometimes bugs can get in at night, but it isn't a big problem. I’m very satisfied!

Staff: The staff were very friendly, especially Suong. Location: The location is very good and close to the tourist center of Da Nang. Price: The price was very good; we stayed at the beginning of January. Rooms: The rooms were quite cosy, with air conditioning and proper windows. The room and the walls were not damp, which seems to be uncommon but can be expected given the building quality in this city. We also had a washing machine in the bathroom, which we used. The rooms have a modern design, although it is hard to say how long this will last. The quality of the bathroom fittings is rather low. The metal fixtures do not appear to be stainless and require proper cleaning. Overall, the cleaning standard in Vietnam seems to be quite low. The room was not dirty, but the fixtures and fittings were not in very good condition. Pictures are from checkout, so they show a used room.
